Returns/Cancellations

If there are complaints with our packaged items – please share a picture & complaint within 2 days from the date of delivery.

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you cannot edit the order. If you face any challenges or have any urgent query feel free to leave us an email on care@hoshonline.com!

If a partial or complete delivery is refused for no valid reason at the last minute or at the time of delivery, please note a cancellation fee of Rs.100 will be applied to your account – which will be added on to your next bill or deducted from your Zama Points.

Delivery

At the time of receiving the delivery, please cross check the items in your crate against the final bill — any discrepancies should be notified to the delivery personnel immediately. If the delivery is accepted by a staff member or the guard/watchman – please ask them to follow the same process while receiving the order. Once accepted, it will be considered fully delivered against the final bill.
